Deposit
For all our services, we require a minimum deposit of £20 or the cost of the relevant resources. This is not the same as the callout charge, and may partially cover it. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and security of the booking. We are not liable for any technical issues with payments and issues with transactions should be discussed with your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation
Our minimum callout charge is £50 or amount of deposit, whichever amount is greater. Cancellation after the booking has been made does not guarantee refund of the deposit, and you may be liable to pay the full amount if cancelling a booking after the driver has been dispatched.
Subcontractors Policy
Some of the jobs are not covered directly by our fleet and are covered by our sub-contractors who are liable for their own trade and liability insurance. Anything claim related should be discussed through our subcontractors and not us directly

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.
